Equipment & Billing

Equipment is billed for time on site, not time used.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.

Unpaid balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% per annum).

If your insurance carrier fails to remit full payment, you remain responsible for the unpaid balance.

Insurance proceeds received by you must be endorsed and delivered to Fire & Flood Restoration Company within five (5) days of receipt.

Collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs may be added to delinquent accounts.


Limited Scope & Mold Waivers

If you decline a full remediation protocol or authorize a limited scope cleanup, you acknowledge and accept that some mold or microbial activity may remain and release Fire & Flood Restoration Company from all related liability.


Liability & Disclaimer

Fire & Flood Restoration Company is not responsible for damages or defects not directly worked upon by Fire & Flood Restoration Company.

No consequential or punitive damages are recoverable by either party.

Fire & Flood Restoration Company’s total liability is limited to the total amount invoiced for the services in question.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fire & Flood Restoration Company, its employees, subcontractors, and affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense arising from your breach or negligence.


Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana, and venue lies within its courts.


Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
